First Time in the Lake

So today Nicole, Rebekah and I went to Burlington to test out the water. And yes it was cold!!! The fist time we went in we couldn't go in pass our hips but we stayed in the water for a long time. Our legs got adjusted but not the torso lol. After a while we got out of the water and sat on the beach for a while. Bit Nicole really wanted to get her entire body in, so she encouraged us to go with her and we did! I ran into the water and took a few strokes but that was it for me, I've been sick all week so I couldn't afford to stay in for a very long time. Well I now know that the cold showers need to start ASAP! Overall it was a lot of fun today!  

First Swim

Today we are going to try and swim in the lake! We're going to Burlington to test out the cold water. Hopefully it's not too cold! There's only about 9 weeks till the swim and it's getting really exciting. I will keep everyone posted on how it all went down. Stay tuned :)
